i wanna to know how i increase and improve my game developement.
i am interested in game programming. but i know only borad games (DOS ) games in c/c++.
pls tell me which platform is better for the game developemnt.
i think its j2me
in j2me there is no need for direct x, pls remove my confusion.
now i know only core java . then i am suitable to learn the j2me or not, if there is another path for learning j2me for game developement then pls told to me.

let me know ur plans. how much time you have etc. will give you a game and the required guidance to make it in j2me. its not difficult to learn.
directx requires lot of time to get used to. I would recommend if you get in touch with Ankush as well. more people aiming for same thing can help each other out well.
